Meet Roberto Francisco, Participant Services Assistant, a dedicated professional working in Participant Services at the Pankey Institute since March 2023. Originally from Guatemala, Roberto grew up in northeast Alabama where he graduated high school in 2011. He attended Jacksonville State University, in Jacksonville AL, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.

You can always find Roberto with a huge smile on his face. He is always ready to help in any way he can and ensure a seamless experience for all. He really enjoys his role because he finds pleasure in helping others and he believes it is one of the secrets to happiness. He believes we are all here to help each other and give back. The best things in life are free, and that applies to smiles, hugs, and other gestures that show we care.

Outside of his professional role, Roberto’s passions include art, music, photography, and sports.
