Filomena Cantillana (Filo)
Participant Services Assistant
ContactFilomena (Filo) was born in Santiago Chile, she married to a Chilean Engineer, and they moved to Key Biscayne 32 years ago till today. She joined the Participant Services Team in June 2021.
Prior to joining the Pankey family, Filo was the office manager at a local Real Estate agency (Cervera) for over 9 years.
She graduated from Miami Dade College with a bachelor’s degree in business along with her Associated Degree in Hospitality management, which is a built-in reward for our staff. Her personality is driven to help others, so Pankey is a great venue for her to do what she likes, assisting our students and offering customer service at our Front Desk.
She enjoys doing Tandem Parachuting and painting oil portraits as a pastime. She became a National Tennis champion Club level with her team, so she plays tennis around the island all year long, if you don’t see Filo at her desk, she is out playing tennis or Pickleball, her new addition.
