Dentistry has rapidly moved into the digital age. Input devices like intraoral scanners (IOS) and CBCT technologies are becoming commonplace in general practices. Output devices like 3D Printers and Milling units are also in many offices. Software that allows for virtual articulation, orthotic fabrication, trial equilibration, diagnostic waxing, orthodontic outcome visualization are all now a reality. The question for many is how to get started. In this webinar, Dr. Cranham will discuss the tremendous advances in digital dentistry, and how many are successfully jumping into this new era.

Learning Objectives:

1.) To understand the available input devices, output devices and software options, and a logical order for implementation that won’t break the bank account.

2.) To understand the tremendous advances in software, and how anything we could do in the analog world on traditional articulators can be accomplished with virtual articulation, with increased predictability, in a fraction of the time.

3.) How we can do a virtual trial equilibration in a few minutes, but why for less experienced clinicians this might not be enough information!
