Pankey.org is the web site of The Pankey Institute. The Pankey Institute respects the privacy of alumni and other users of our web site. This Privacy Policy addresses our use of information about you collected by virtue of your use of Pankey.org. Information collected on Pankey.org is used to improve the content and advance the mission of The Pankey Institute. Each visitor to Pankey.org is automatically recognized only by the user’s domain name, not the e-mail address.
We collect the domain name, internet protocol (IP) address, user-specific information on pages accessed or visited, and information volunteered by users through surveys, purchases and/or registrations. We may collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail.
We use cookies for a number of purposes, including administering our web site and to record session information, such as items that users add to their shopping cart and user-specific information on what pages users’ access or visit.
Use of Information Collected: The Pankey Institute may use your contact information to alert you to new information, products and services, events, courses, and other opportunities.
The Pankey Institute maintains a database of information you may have submitted via our web site. This secured database is not shared with any outside parties. All information contained in our secured database is private and intended for The Pankey Institute’s use only.

We have instituted stringent reviews and opt-out capabilities to ensure that you do not receive unwanted e-mail from The Pankey Institute. We will not give or sell your e-mail address to any entity outside The Pankey Institute.
Children’s Privacy: We are concerned about protecting children’s privacy. We do not offer products or services for purchase by children. If you are under 18 years of age, you may not purchase products or services from, and you should not provide information to, Pankey.org.

Pankey.org contains links to other web sites; however, we have no control over and take no responsibility for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We do not partner with, endorse, or have any affiliation with any companies linked to Pankey.org Links on Pankey.org are intended for informational and educational use only.
The Pankey Institute uses industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving student/consumer data exchanged with our site. We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of information we have collected from you through our web site. When users choose to make payments via credit cards, we submit the information needed to obtain payment to the appropriate clearinghouses. We do not store or reuse this credit card information, unless you have given your authorization for us to do so.
In order to adhere to federal laws we ask that you do not share health information on Pankey.org. Any health information given to Pankey.org may not be private and therefore should not be submitted.
The Pankey Institute is a not-for-profit corporation organized and chartered in the State of Florida that accepts all registrants regardless of age, race, sex, creed, national or ethnic origin, and it does not discriminate on any such basis with respect to its activities, programs and policies. A copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the division of consumer services by calling toll-free (800-435-7352) within the state. Registration does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the state.
Refund/Cancelation Policy
A $1000.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. The tuition balance is due 90 days prior to the start date of the course. Requests to cancel must be made in writing. Requests received prior to 90 days before the start of the course will be subject to forfeiture of the deposit and 50% of the course tuition, however, the remaining tuition may be transferred to another course date. No refunds or transfers will be issued for cancellations received within 90 days of the start of the course. Please allow 3 weeks for processing of refunds. Pankey reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or scheduled faculty with advance notice to registrant. In no event shall Pankey be liable for any cancellation or change penalties assessed by the airlines, hotels, or other travel related expenses as a result of course date changes or course cancellations including changes related to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
