Dr. Lee Ann Brady is a distinguished professional who holds the esteemed positions of Executive Director and Director of Education at the Pankey Institute. With an illustrious career in dental education, Dr. Brady previously served as the Director of Education from 2017 to 2019 before assuming her current leadership roles.

A nationally recognized lecturer and educator, Dr. Brady embarked on her dental education journey as the clinical director of The Pankey Institute from 2005 to 2008. Following that, she served as the Executive VP of Clinical Education for Spear Education from 2009 to 2011. In addition to her roles at the Pankey Institute, Dr. Brady maintains a private dental practice in Glendale, AZ.

Dr. Brady’s expertise is not only evident in her professional roles but is also showcased through her contributions to nationally recognized dental publications. She has been featured on the editorial boards of prestigious journals such as Inside Dentistry and The Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Her profound love for dentistry and dedication to dental education find roots in her own transformative journey as a participant in Pankey’s curriculum. Driven by her passion, she currently leads the organization, and being recognized as a Pankey master stands as one of the highest accomplishments in her illustrious career.

Beyond her career, Dr. Brady finds joy in spending time with her husband and three grown children. Whether hiking in the scenic landscapes of Arizona or exploring the world through travel, she embraces life’s adventures outside the dental realm.
