A $500 nonrefundable, transferable tuition deposit is expected at the time you register for a course. If you are staying in the Pankey Lodge, a one night lodging deposit is expected when you make your reservation. Lodging in the Pankey Lodge Condos is limited to availability. Single occupancy rooms are $175 per night, and shared rooms are $100 per participant per night. Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or a check made out to The Pankey Institute.

Thanks to the generous support of faculty, alumni, and corporate donors, tuition for the Essentials courses (E1-E4) and Aesthetics 1 (A1) reflect sizable tuition grants and include shared occupancy lodging the Pankey Lodge Condos (two course participants per bedroom in a 2- or 3-bedroom condo).

After your registration information is received, a member of the Student Services will contact you on the same or next business day to confirm your seat in the class and discuss payment options.

Financing is available. You may make arrangements for financing by calling the Student Services Department at 1-800-4PANKEY.

The Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course as appropriate, with advance notification to registrants. In such an event, deposits may be refunded in full or transferred to a future course date. In no event shall the Institute be liable for any cancellation or change penalties assessed by airlines as a result of course date changes or cancellations.
